I’m Josh Huang — a product and graphic designer currently studying Cognitive Science @ UC Berkeley. I love ranking restaurants on Beli, doing some quick sketches, and watching YouTube in my free time :P
Background
Most of what I make starts as a sketch — a UI flow scribbled in the margins of a notebook, or a die-line for a can that hasn’t been designed yet.
Studying cognitive science alongside design has shaped how I think about interfaces: less about decoration, more about how people actually parse information under real constraints.
Outside of coursework, I split my time between screen-based product work and objects you can hold — apparel, packaging, print — treating each as a different dialect of the same visual language.
